Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dwelling Grace by Sabrina website and the services offered by Dwelling Grace by Sabrina (“Dwelling Grace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, submitting an inquiry or application, purchasing a service, or entering into a client relationship with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with any written proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other project-specific document we provide to you.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement will control with respect to that project.
Our Services
Dwelling Grace provides interior design, room transformation, design consultation, room audit, styling, sourcing, and related services. Service availability, scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines may vary by project.
Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client. We may decline a project if we determine that it is outside our scope, availability, geographic service area, or otherwise not the right fit.
Dwelling Grace Room Audit
The Dwelling Grace Room Audit is a focused consultation for one room designed to provide professional feedback, recommendations, and a personalized direction for the space.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Room Audit is priced at $297. The specific format, timing, and deliverables will be described at the time of purchase or booking.
If you move forward with a Signature Room Transformation within seven (7) days of completing your Room Audit, the full $297 Room Audit payment will be credited toward the accepted Signature project, subject to the payment and project terms stated in your Signature proposal or agreement.
Recommendations provided through a Room Audit are advisory in nature. Implementation, purchasing, installation, contractor work, and other services are not included unless expressly stated.
Signature Room Transformation
The Signature Room Transformation is a bespoke, one-room interior transformation service. Because each room, design vision, furnishing plan, and project scope is different, Signature projects are offered through a custom written proposal rather than at a fixed or standard project price.
Your proposal will identify the design services included in your project and the applicable design service fee, together with a proposed furnishings and procurement budget based on the room, approved design direction, sourcing needs, and intended level of investment.
Depending on the agreed scope, Signature services may include a private vision and lifestyle session, D.W.E.L.L. assessment, space planning and furniture layout, visual concept development, curated selections for furniture, décor, finishes, lighting and styling, sourcing and procurement planning, one refinement round, and a final implementation plan or reveal/handoff. The specific deliverables for your project will be those stated in your written proposal or service agreement.
No furnishing, décor, material, or other project purchase will be made on your behalf without the approval required under your proposal or project agreement. If approved selections, substitutions, price changes, shipping, taxes, or other project needs would cause the approved furnishings or procurement budget to be exceeded, the additional amount must be addressed through a revised budget, written approval, or additional client payment before the applicable purchase is made.
Construction, architectural services, engineering, electrical or plumbing work, cabinetry, flooring installation, painting labor, contractor or trade labor, custom millwork, freight, delivery, assembly, installation, permits, and similar third-party services or costs are not included in the standard Signature scope unless they are expressly identified as included in your written proposal or agreement.
Final project scope, design fees, furnishings and procurement budget, payment schedule, included services, responsibilities, and exclusions will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payments & Fees
Payment terms will be stated at checkout, on the applicable invoice, or in your written proposal or project agreement. For Signature Room Transformation projects, the proposal or agreement will state the applicable design service fee, furnishings and procurement budget, deposit or initial payment requirements, and any additional payment milestones.
Amounts due must be paid according to those terms before the corresponding work, consultation, sourcing, ordering, procurement, or project phase begins. Approval of a furnishing, décor item, material, or other project expense constitutes authorization for the applicable expenditure when handled by Dwelling Grace within the agreed project process.
You are responsible for applicable sales or use taxes, shipping, freight, delivery, receiving, storage, assembly, installation, contractor charges, trade fees, and other third-party costs unless they are specifically identified as included in your written proposal or agreement.
We may pause work, sourcing, procurement, ordering, scheduling, or project coordination when an invoice, required payment, or approved project expense remains unpaid.
Furnishings, Décor & Third-Party Purchases
Product pricing, inventory, lead times, shipping costs, and availability may change without notice and are controlled by third-party vendors. We cannot guarantee that a specific item will remain available until an order is placed and confirmed.
When you approve a product or other project purchase, you authorize the applicable expenditure in accordance with the budget and payment process established for your project. Dwelling Grace will not intentionally purchase an item above an approved project budget without obtaining the additional approval or payment required under the applicable proposal or agreement.
Products may be subject to the vendor’s return, exchange, cancellation, restocking, warranty, freight, delivery, and shipping policies. Once an order is placed, cancellation or return may not be possible, and any vendor-imposed fees or non-refundable amounts associated with an approved purchase are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
Dwelling Grace is not responsible for delays, defects, damage, discontinued items, backorders, shipment issues, or other matters caused by manufacturers, retailers, freight companies, receivers, installers, contractors, or other third parties, although we may assist with sourcing or coordination when included in the project scope.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your room, project goals, measurements, property conditions, budget, timing, and other facts reasonably needed to perform the service.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving selections, layouts, recommendations, budgets, and other project decisions within a reasonable time so that the project can move forward.
You are also responsible for obtaining any permissions, approvals, permits, landlord or association consents, or professional services required for work performed at your property unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Revisions & Changes in Scope
The number of included revisions, if any, will be stated in the applicable service description or project agreement. The current Signature Room Transformation offer includes one refinement round unless otherwise stated in writing.
Additional revisions, major changes in direction, added rooms, expanded sourcing, added meetings, contractor coordination, or other work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and written approval before the extra work begins.
Timelines & Availability
Any project timeline provided by Dwelling Grace is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Timing may be affected by client response times, product availability, vendor lead times, shipping, contractor schedules, weather, property access, and other factors outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to an expected project timeline.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary by service and will be stated at checkout, on an invoice, or in a project-specific proposal or agreement when applicable. Any project-specific cancellation or refund terms in a signed agreement will control for that project.
Because design services involve reserved time, professional expertise, preparation, sourcing, customized work, and project administration, design fees already earned and costs already incurred or committed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Approved furnishings, procurement expenses, vendor deposits, shipping, freight, and other third-party commitments are also subject to the applicable vendor terms and may be non-refundable once incurred.
Custom, special-order, final-sale, opened, installed, altered, or vendor-restricted products may also be non-refundable or subject to third-party fees. Any eligible product return is subject to the applicable vendor’s policies.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can explain the terms that apply to your specific service or project.
